Rulife makes three things properly: A2 bilona ghee hand-churned from indigenous desi cow curd, cold pressed oil crushed in a traditional wooden ghani below 40°C, and a five-seed daily blend. Our cold pressed mustard oil is kachi ghani sarson ka tel from Grade A black seed; our cold pressed groundnut oil is wood pressed Mara Chekku with a 232°C smoke point, the best of the three for deep frying; and the super seed mix brings chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower and watermelon into one spoon a day. Nothing is refined, bleached or deodorised, every batch is lab tested, and the method is written out in full rather than summarised on a label. FSSAI certified.
